1 on 1 Personal Training varies from 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute one on one sessions focusing on your personal goals. These sessions are tailored for each individual. Whether it's weight loss, injury prevention, greater mobility, sports specific or just wanting to feel healthier these sessions are perfect for you, keep you motivated and focused on your goals.

Personal 2 on 1 Training
2 on 1 Personal Training is great when you want to train with a friend, partner or family member. You will receive personalized attention and each session tailored to both of you. This option is perfect for limited budget or for those who want to train together.
